Return of Parish Counselor Guadalupe Fajardo from Rejoice Counseling Apostolate

Guadalupe is an LPC Associate with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas. She graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a certificate in Women’s Studies. She is supervised by Dr. Chris Stravitsch, LPC-S, LMFT-S.

Guadalupe is a Mexican immigrant who has lived in Houston for the last 10 years. She is married and has a 5-year-old son. In her free time, Guadalupe loves baking, spending time with family, reading, going for walks, and serving as a lector at church.

Guadalupe is back serving at St. Frances Cabrini as a Parish Counselor and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She is available to work with individuals, couples, and families in counseling and to give presentations to ministries and groups.

Guadalupe es una LPC Asociada y completó una Maestría en Consejería Clínica de Salud Mental en la Universidad de St. Thomas. Guadalupe se graduó de la Universidad de Houston-Clear Lake con una licenciatura en Psicología y un certificado en Estudios de la Mujer. Está supervisada por el Dr. Chris Stravitsch, LPC-S, LMFT-S.

Guadalupe es una inmigrante mexicana que ha vivido en Houston durante los últimos 10 años. Está casada y tiene un hijo de 5 años. En su tiempo libre, a Guadalupe le encanta hornear, pasar tiempo con la familia, leer, caminar y servir como lectora en la iglesia.

Guadalupe ha vuelto a St. Frances Cabrini como consejera parroquial y es totalmente bilingüe en inglés y español. Está disponible para trabajar con individuos, parejas y familias en consejería y para dar presentaciones a ministerios y grupos.
